I was told that June's headstone would be erected when along this afternoon not been done.
I'm so angry I feel I been badly let down it did upset me as well. Phone when I got back no answer, what was wrong with phoning me and letting he know.
I was in such a good frame of mind today, now I'm so down again.

It just makes me mad when I dont get the service I have paid for, my wife says it comes from living in England, not that we have lived anywhere else, but why do we put up with it?

I think it's the "stiff upper lip" syndrome, we don't like to complain  I very rarely complain, can't be bothered TBH. About customer service I mean, not councils and governments etc. I think if you're decent with people, they'll be decent back. I've always worked in a customer "industry" and anyone with an attitude would get it right back!! I'm not paid to be swore at and insulted!!! Sod 'em!! That "customer is always right" is a load of boll**, they are very rarely right!! ;D

Hi Ann, I agree with you entirely, I worked in public service for last 12 years prior to retiring and I have the same attitude, I will go out of my way to help anyone but when they try to verbally attack me I always moved up a notch, I would say to them' you are speaking to me because you failed to get an answer from others, if you are going to have an attitude then so am I but remember I am the one that can help you, if that failed and they were on the phone I tell them I am about to terminate the call, mostly it was frustration that made the caller abusive but like yourself. we are not here to be shouted at, anyway thats the end of my rant!
