most of the false ten bob bits you see look horrible, big round hard lumps id prefer natural ones even if they were small, i like a woman who has more to offer than a big pair of boobs as that novelty soon wares off.

My view is that noody needs to have brest surgery for vanity reasons, ie low self esteem etc. be more cost effective to pay for counselling to improve your self esteem, than having the boob job. However you cant turn back time, so if anyone has implants that need removing, then they should go back to the person who done the op. If they refuse to act, then the NHS should do it, as it is for health reasons, regardless of the original reasons, then Government should claim the cost back for the original provider. Simples!

I'm not one who normally advocates over regulation. It's obvious the cosmetic industry needs tighter regulation.
One thing that must happen, a condition of any private cosmetic clinic licence is that they have sufficient insurance, and MP's and ministers shouldn't be on the board of directors.
