It has a good reputation but sometimes you wonder who decides.
I found that everytime we asked for information we got the nurse in charge of my mam just picking up the notes and reading what the last doctor wrote including the jargon.
Every day we got told something different and I saw a canny few patients explode because they were talked to like little kids.
Dont get me wrong-Im grateful for the help my mam got-but getting information was like getting blood out of a stone.No-one wanted to commit and our whole familly went through every emotion just cos no-one was ever available to explain anything properly.
I never once spoke to a doctor in the Freeman.
