My mum was taken in yesterday and i got a call today at 14.00 they said she could come home today after the doctor had seen her...10 mins later i got another call to say they weren't happy so they wanted to keep her in another night My mum was sitting on the bed waiting for me for 30 mins before they told her she was not going home....But thats the QE for you

Patsie there have been moments when I thought she wouldnt get home-horrible few weeks . It just feels like things are slightly how they should be tonight-we are all where we should be-I know how happy she will be to be home I will pass on all of your good wishes and also I know how grateful I am for the support given on here by all of our members!!!!! Nick-I hope tomorrow brings better news for your mam and your familly.

They do your head in Marlene. Ive had my son in one for six months and in the end the hospital was more home to me than home was. I did laugh at the nurse in the Freeman-patronising sod-who couple weeks back countered my mams worry about not getting out for weeks with the reply that no-one stays in hospital for weeks. Indeed And I know youre in recovery yourself-Heres wishing all of us with health worries or relatives with health worries the best xxxx

Indeed And I know youre in recovery yourself-Heres wishing all of us with health worries or relatives with health worries the best xxxx Hubbies dad was in the freemans ,didnt like it there we were there most of the day till late at night .the day we were supposed to bring him home he was sick and they wouldnt let him come home.it was all down hill from there.also the sick was on the floor for a week,untill i complained several times,in the end i asked the cleaner if she could come back and clean the floor,
