I think people may have this the wrong way round, this deal could be arranged behind Pardupe`s back without the agent being involved,(at the start) I think it is possible this deal has been put together at the top ie Liverpool, Llambastic and Ashley.  ATB I have been thinking along similar lines Capt if you read my earlier post. It's just the kind of thing I could believe is happening simply because in principle the deal, although fully agreed between the Clubs respective Owners, doesn't contravene Transfer Rules. Mainly because the fee has not been exchanged nor has the player yet actually put pen to paper. There's also no pre transfer agreement difficulty because Jose technically is still under contract to NUFC so is open to other offers should they come in. Mind you what happens if Jose fancies going to Milan or Madrid or one of the other top European Clubs rather than The Scousers is another thing. Not that I believe it would bother Wor Mikey as long as he gets his money! CWL  |

Ah, I understand  So all they've done is have a chat amongst themselves, agreed the fee, and are now just waiting until the window opens. Sly gits!!

Firstly I think the FA should step in on this one and look into Thompsons little speech.
Then if they are guilty which I no doubt believe they are Liverpool should be docked points.
Too many times in the past Liverpool have got away lightly with breaking the rules being a Boro supporter I remember first hand what they are like poaching players Christian Zieger springs to mind.
They were fined around £20,000 by the FA, but Gibbo took it higher and we got a fair bit more from the courts.
Admitted this is different but it is still flaunting the rules and also stopping Newcastle possibly playing this guy incase he gets injured and then the deal will be off.Which I should imagine would make Mr Ashley unhappy.
So really you could be playing games now till the end of the season under strengthed.
This is really not fair on the Newcastle fans.
Mind in saying that Ashley still could come out and say that this is not happening,but then you have to ask yourselves why a gobsh*te like Thommo would say such a thing on TV.?

Did you really think there would be fairs. Yes I did. Remember the Carroll denials I think though that they have been caught with their pants down on this one thats why they are keeping quiet. Is this the reason why Barton suddenly changed his mind about signing!? Remember Nolan still has to sign as well. Perhaps this is well known by the players behind the scenes that is why the team spirit has been affected? If its true regarding Enrique it will highlight how weak both Pardue and Hughtons positions are/were, that their wage packet/s is more important than their scruples. ATB |
