Bloody hell, thats amazing, Skint......saw on the local news tonight about a donkey who protected his mate (a sheep) from a dog who had attacked him. The donkey pinned the dog down so the sheep was saved....Who would have thought a donkey would behave like that, eh? Animals constantly amaze you!   |

Well, I suppose we could put the runners up, and everyone pick the horse they want? Didn't Korky do something like that for the World Cup? But I cannot remember how he did it!!  I got New Zealand!!!!

Ann you put the numbers up say 1 - 30 depending upon the number of horses in the race. Each member selects one...............then you tell them which horse they have drawn. Clearly you don't tell them which horse relates to which number beforehand. Otherwise everyone will pick the number of the favourite. CWL  |

im going for becauseicouldntsee for this years National, he has run over 4m carrying a heavier weight and came in 2nd out of 28 runners, the less weight is an advantage plus he is only 8 with lots of stamina.

Anybody got any ideas on how we could run a forum sweep?? Sounds like a great idea-I remember it being done on the NUFC section when I briefly popped in there. Any volunteers to organise something similar for the National? |

I pick mine according to the colors of the silk!  Anything that has spots. I got a 4th last year, and 1st and 2nd the year before - only Mr Ann forgot to put my bet on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
