Hiya Skint Happy new year Before you start packing your case let me just say yes its cheap but its cheap for a reason the cabin is an inside one which means NO WINDOWS the cabin is about 4ft deep by 7ft long fold down bunks and a shower No tv No radio no fridge. If you decide to go upgrade and enjoy your trip

Its a canny old trek skint i think you make about 2 or 3 stops before you get to Bergen . I wouldn't bother with your fishing rod as the ships are that high your line wont touch the water ;D But take plenty money as the duty free on board were selling a can of brown ale for £7.50p its £10 a pint in Bergen One of the funniest things i have ever seen was in Bergen We went to a Chinese restaurant and was served by a Chinese woman speaking English in a Norwegian accent

Where do you stop like??? I thought it went straight from here to Amsterdam?? I don't think Holland is as expensive as the Scandinavian countries. We went to Sweden about 20 odd years ago, and it was £19.50 for 2pints and 2 halves then!!!!!!!! We saw a couple of drunks and nearly followed them to see where they were going, and how they could afford to get drunk!!!!!!!
When you do go skint, let us know and we'll give you a wave the ship passes our living room window

Two of the places we stoped at on the way to Bergen were Stavanger ( I think thats how you spell it) and another port i cant remember i think it was Haugesund cold lonely looking place. When we sailed into Bergen we were sitting at the stern end (The back end) and we were watching the water being churned up by the propellers the water turned into the most beautiful shades of green.....Norway is so clean puts us to shame
