From where I am standing 'Arry and QPR are not irrelevant. Given that he takes the hoops down there would remain only two more relegation places. I sincerely hope that come May there are two more teams worse than us. As I see it 'Arry, along with Chelsea and Man City is damaging football a great deal more than Ashley. Pampering to moneygrabbing agents is not the way to go. At least we won't end up bankrupt! Hmm.. Bankrupt can mean a person with a record of failing; someone who loses consistently or someone who is bankrupt of ideas... Why are we talking relegation places? Surely someone at SJP has the nous and the means of getting us out of where we are? Are we seriously saying we have to rely on the likes of QPR failing to get us out of the mess the management has helped to create? I dont think so! The plain fact is this regime believes it can put in minimal bids for players who they have little or no chance of getting... Its only make believe.... The fans have believed them in the past because it worked, but their little scheme has run its course, people are wiser to it now. I cannot see the fans putting up with the lies and the deceit much longer, can you?    ATB Capt. I was talking bankrupt in a financial sense and well you know it. Why are we talking relegation? Because we a two, yes 2 points above the relegation places - that is one (1) game. Simply being realistic - Yes I can see the fans putting up with it. They have done for as long as I can remember. Nice to see you are at least shifting some of the blame over to the right person, namely Ashley. (this time round - it could be any previous chairman). Wonder if Pardew can be blamed for the cold spell in Norway. Bottom line - I continue to support the lads and will continue to look at the big picture - if that includes 'Arry, then so be it.  |

One thing for sure it's pretty obvious now why Appy Arry didn't arrive at SJP when Mikey went calling........ No chance our most benevolent owner would chuck crazy amounts of money at him to spend that others have done. Perhaps it's not all bad after all! WL  |

Re bankrupt, I can read I am fully aware what you meant but you obviously did not read my reply in the way it was meant to read. Pardew is bankrupt of ideas. Llabastic what is he good at? Ashley, totally bereft of any kind of respect for anyone. All three are bankrupt at running a football club. You did a good job of irritating Magpie off the forum. The constant drip, drip, jibes at my thoughts on Pardew are along the same lines, all its doing is driving a wedge mate.. You can look on most forums and see what is written about Pardew by lead writers, thats if you can be bothered. I can assure you I am not the only one who thinks he is not good enough. Jibes? Howay capt. Where's your sense of humour man? Reading the forum on a daily basis I see comments going in all directions. Some choose to take things personally others take them as they are intended. Not driving any wedges - you are a valued poster and you are entitled to your opinions. As to the "feathered one" I sent you a PM with an explanation for my behaviour. It wasn't a "good job", it was more of a simple wind up in response to his earlier wind ups. At least i was honest enough to admit it and see no reason to explain my behaviour towards him any further. Yes I read forums and yes I am well aware of how others regard our management team. I think you will agree that no matter what we feel the general consensus is that there is very little we can do. We can criticize as much as we like but does it help? As to being bothered I will simply say that when living abroad and not being able to partake in daily discussions either in the pub or the workplace I rely on forums and the media for my information to an extent that at times can be ridiculous. Time to simmer down methinks - and to be honest, I agree with you. The trio are useless!!! BUT we are stuck with them  |
