As you know, I'm getting married in September. Our first thought was we want to go on a cruise for our honeymoon.
We were having second thoughts, but now we won't be going on now. The thought of some arrogant inept person being in charged of thousands of lives (including ours) is obvious frightening.
A good friend of ours in the Philippines who has been in the merchant navy all his working life said, many ships are run on auto during the night have no one in the helm. The captain is either asleep and/or drunk.
When people tell you things like that, you tend to treat it such remarks with a pinch of salt, but now maybe he absolutely true!!!
