Has Ashley confounded his critics?(Or not)

Will the fact that NUFC is better placed financially and the fact that the team is improving prove that Ashley can be trusted after all? Or are we seeing another chapter in the investment stakes where players are bought not for improvements to the team but for improvements to the bank balance?
Can we trust that the latest purchase is purely for football reasons and not for the piggy bank?
I would love it if I thought Ashley really had a plan to make the club successful, Is it just me? I am cautious, but also hopeful and dreaming of a brighter future but must admit it is easy to get carried away!

like most people i was shocked when fat Ash shelled out the money for Cisse but am left wondering who he is going to sell to balance the books, lets wait and see what the rest of the transfer window has in store, if he does not sell any of our good players i may even go back on my word which is a thing i have never done and start going to some maches again, but if ido i wont be buyiny his pies even though i do like a good pukka.

Mikey doesn't just confound his critics he does a pretty good job with those that support him as well!

My opinion of him has not changed for a long while................ he does things for his reasons and no one else's. First and foremost he is a businessman and likes making money which brings us back to the previous sentence above.

Any success achieved by The Toon on the pitch is almost incidental to making money from the whole enterprise.

The only saving grace being that should The Toon be successful on the pitch it may convince another buyer The Club is worthwhile acquiring.

IMO supporters have a simple choice...................go along with it and give their support to the team or stay away until he eventually leaves.

Jesus Man, what does a lad with trousers down have anything to do with should we trust Fat Mike and Dracula? That ameobi virus is progressing more rapidly than I feared. And what's more I'm staying of that Bramson gadget you suggested, took me to Bolton/Manure match, that was 3-0, lost a valuable point in the HWGA table and I'm in the drop zone!
