from Capita Registrars on behalf of Mashley offering to buy my Newcastle United Plc shares. I can't even remember how many I have (Something like one hundred quids worth, i think), but I have decided that if my refusing to sell them will hinder Mashley from gaining 100% control of the club then stuff him. ;D ;D ;D

Interesting as I know a few people this has happended to.............. Does this mean he has a majority shareholding not an entire ownership? Now wonder just how many shares he is looking to acquire? CWL  |

I seem to remember him having around 85% majority but I'm not sure. My shares give me absolutely no say in the present set up.
On reflection I'm not even sure NU Plc even exists any longer since Mashley's holding company came into existence. Decent of him to offer to buy for the second time however.
I choose to consider them a souvineer from times gone by and a hundred quids worth of "in your face" Ashley.
