Well earned point................. played much better than against QPR and on another day could have taken all three. Not be greedy and the unbeaten run continues. CWL

Decent performance. Cabaye supreme. Could have taken all the points with a Premiership striker. Still I'm satisfied with today's showing. Great improvement on monday evening i.m.o.

If you get a chance take a close look at Cabaye's first shot on goal and watch out for the guy sitting on the plastic stool to the left of goal - Hilarious!

My son came up with a classic.........he said ...how low have we sunk when we are actually saying that Ryan Taylor is having a good game>>>>>ffs Yeah! I know where he's coming from......... still needs must I suppose. Raylor needs to practice crossing with his left foot. I got sick of the number of times both him and Jonas pull back on to their right foot before attempting to put the ball into the area. Also is he the only one that can take a free kick now in our side............ Canny did you watch it on line or was it a televised transmission? The commentator I listened to on line was so biased I reckon he was wearing a Villa top.................. and I think the expert pundit was Trevor Francis! Switched off the sound in the end as Francis was driving me mental with his prattling on about what Villa were not getting in the way of free kicks etc. etc. Both were eating their words by the end of the game.............and praising Given as MoM. CWL Televised live on Foxsports Channel.......I too had the grating pleasure of listening to that whining, failed manager Francis........he should get together with that other kerbcrawling low life David Pleat and do the wild thing in a sleazy hotel room with mirrors on the ceiling........just wondered who would come out on top........... ;D

Have a read of this via the link below..................paying particular attention to the comments section which follows this blog article. www.astonvilla.vitalfootball.co.uk/matchrep.asp?a=7510073Don't normally bother reading other Clubs Blogs and stuff, but this caught my eye............ Made me smile if nowt else to think fans of another Club believe they are also in trouble despite a good start to the season........... Perhaps we have less to get concerned over than we thought. Mind you Gooners fans must be suicidal! CWL
