It seems that North Tyneside Council has a longer reach than I thought!! 
Just watching News 24 about Libya, and on those things that scroll across the bottom, it says that NTC will find Gadaffi! NTC urge oil workers to go back to work and NTC has outlined it's plan to address the shortages of fuel, water and food in Tripoli!!! They seem to be far superior to Newcastle Council
