According to Sly Sports News looks as though QPR have got their man in Appy Arry....QPR chairman Tony Fernandes is delighted to have secured the services of new manager Harry Redknapp.
The experienced Redknapp has been looking to return to management since (he didn't get the Chelski job) leaving Tottenham after guiding them to a fourth-place Premier League finish last year.
And Redknapp will now try to keep a different London side in the top flight, with bottom club QPR having moved quickly to secure his services on a two-and-a half-year deal after firing Mark Hughes on Friday.
Fernandes said: "Harry was our number one target, the unanimous choice of the board, and we're delighted we've been able to attract him to the club."
"He has a proven track record in the Premier League and has all the characteristics we were looking for to get us out of the current situation we find ourselves in."
"His man-management skills are second to none and we are confident he is the right man to lead us away from the bottom of the table."
"We believe we have a manager with significant experience at the highest level of football, who can come in and immediately help deliver our objectives."
Redknapp is believed to be interested in hiring his former assistants at Tottenham, Joe Jordan and Kevin Bond (now there's a surprise, not!), and QPR say an announcement on his backroom team will be made in due course.
Should be interesting to see if this alleged marriage made in heaven actually works.

Have the bookies made odds on how long it is before Arry brings up Ba's release clause? Specialy with the transfer window coming up. Thought we'd have a whole season without having to hear from his big Yap
