Congratulations in order this week for Leazes, Natt, Ann and Marlene who all predicted the correct scoreline taking full points in that section for their efforts. Only Magpie picked up a point with a correct Toon goal scorer. Leazes and Natt now lead the table from the chasing pack. Capt M and WoT are still in the basement positions. Next fixture is QPR on Monday 12th September at Loftus Road when Joey Barton is expected to make his home debut. I will remind everyone closer to the date about the deadline for posting your predictions. CWL

Leazes - I've defended Nile Ranger all along and said give him as many chances as Stroller has had and the goals will surely come. I feel however that he is now becoming a liability and we would be better off without him. Providing of course they bring someone else in. That is looking less and less possible as the clock ticks slowly but slowly towards 23:00 hours.
