Appreciate this is short notice with the first Premier League game being played this Saturday against The Gooners. However can you let me know by posting here whether you want to enter the competition for this seasons fixtures. All you have to do is say yes and follow the rules outlined in the sticky under Predictions League. Just make sure you leave a final score, name a first goal scorer and any other Toon scorers you believe are relevant. Please note you do not have to name more than one player to score all goals and can nominate an individual to score two or more should you wish. Should you also wish to have your prediction remain private send it to me in a PM before the agreed deadline. CWL  |

Given the prevailing doom and gloom about the place, along with a crap record against the Gooners, I'm going for a typical Toon result which no one will be prepared for coming this side of Christmas...................... Now that WOULD be a prediction and a half Magpie Start of season optimism seems to have increased this week..... However, with the close season we've had can't bring mesel' to go for a Toon win so.............
