Of course, QPR hasn't scored in their last 4 matches, so naturally that feels like a death knell...
It really feels like a loss is headed our way, but maybe I've just been beaten down by them all...praying for a win...betting on a draw (and in Toon fashion, a disappointing one...Taarabt in the 85th or later)...
Queens Park Rangers 2-2 Newcastle United Football Club
First Goal: Loic Remy Toon Scorers: Saylor, Cisse Cisse Offsides: 4
I'll be listening to the game on my phone as I drive on Sunday...hoping it doesn't have any ill consequences...

Head says QPR will battle all the way purely fer pride......however if ever the heart needed to be correct it's this game!!!
Hoping that the lads realise the "heart" of the city is at stake and go all out for a convincing Away Win ( only our second of this whole season....FFS!)
'Appy 'Arry 1 Les Magpies 4
First scorer Papiss Demba Ciiissssseee Other Toon scorers Hatem Ben Arfa, Yoan Gouffran & Cisse again ( plus 4 or 5 offsides)
Loic Remy te get Sourpuss a consolation goal

Pride? None of the QPR players even have any real pride to play for I think. But this one is so hard... it will all depend on how cowardly Pardew will play.
Going for an unlikely 0 - 2 win for us.
Ben Arfa (1st) and Gouffran to score.

As much as I'd like to see a goal rush I am settling for an away with us winning through the benefit of an own goal. QPR 2 - 3 Toon First goal Zamora and of course Remy at some point Toon scorers Cisse, Cabaye and OG

Given the respective failure of both sides to score recently the last thing I expect is a goal fest. That said a win ensures The Toon survive to fight another season in the Premier League. Heart wants a 2 - 0 nil Mags win. Head says it will be a nervy, tight, scrappy affair probably ending in nil all as against The Hammers. Normally, outside of this predictions game, I don't try and set myself much in the way of expectation as more often than not the side let me down or occasionally really kick me in the teeth. However, today I make an exception and that anything less than a win is unacceptable against a side already down by a large margin. On that basis I go for... Redknapp's Rangers 1 - The Toon 2 1st GS: Cisse Other Toon scorer: Gouffran I shall only enjoy this if we win! LIghts Oot!

"Given the respective failure of both sides to score recently the last thing I expect is a goal fest." As we all know all to often, this is Newcastle United we are talking about!!! Everything going against the grain ( only 1 away win all season, London hoodoo, recent failure to score, shit goal difference, etc, etc) I'm putting all my hope in the Law of Averages finally coming good and we annihilate 'em......... EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED Commme Oooonnnnnn the Toon!!!!!
