 I reckon you two are too quick for your own good at times. As I moved Marlene's post for the Villa game from the other thread into this one in the first place! Perhaps I need to be more specific or spell it out better............... The predictions I'm waiting for have to do with where The Toon will be in the League after 10 games!CWL  |

Congratulations this week again go to Leazes with a storming eight points gathered from his prediction putting him way out on top of the League table. Fairsy and CWL also score well this week both taking a well earned five points from this fixture. Capt M also broke his duck this week albeit with a single point. So Leazes remains top of the pile with a six point gap on second place Magpie who has 15. Ann moves up another place to third only a further two points behind Magpie. Fairsy joins Jazz and Natt on 12. WofT still to get off the mark remains on the ground floor looking up at the rest. Next week The Toon are at Home to visitors Blackburn.................. with a 3pm kick off. Deadline for predictions is 1pm and please make sure you name your 1st GS correctly otherwise from now on you could miss out on points. CWL |

Guys we all offer up our opinion the way we see it.................. some things we will all agree with or perhaps individually disagree on. We may even at times expect our team to lose....................... but what is never in doubt is that deep down despite everything else that surrounds The Club we want The Lads to do us proud. At the moment they are doing just that although sometimes by the skin of their teeth............ If NUFC have suddenly become a lucky side with a lucky manager then I'll take that as well, spent a bloody long time waiting! CWL |

Without googling it if I'm not mistaken Blackburn have beaten us at SJP for the last 5 years or so...I hate the home fixture against them....That said I think it's time we won Doom merchants will have another quiet week |
