There are bad things going on at the club it is obvious. If we look back I am sure we would find that the disharmony with this regime started when KK walked. When certain players formed a small commitee to find some way of gelling the players who were left after some jumped (or pushed of the) ship they created a team spirit that was second to none now it seems that all that good work has been decimated by Ashley and his cohort. I say "cohort" as Pardew is nothing but a tool in Ashley`s hand he has no say, he is running out of things to say, soon he will be looking in the mirror and asking himself, am I but a fool? Recent events have destroyed the positives gained from winning promotion, Nolans sale and the story behind it, Barton questioning the reasoning, Jose Enrique`s twitter statement and the subsequent Barton statement show that things stink at the top but has Joey gone too far? What will Ashley do next? Sack him?     ATB |

The FAT Bas**d Is twisted and not worthy to own a football club. he is so bitter that he could run the club in to liquidation and not bat a eye to the money he will lose. I can not remember it getting this bad ever.  |

From what I understand of this situation by offering him a free NUFC are effectively also paying his contract up. Meaning he doesn't have to hang around for the final year............... Another fking shambles which does nothing but tarnish an already blemished NUFC reputation................ by both the player and the ego maniac running the show. Well hacked off and we haven't played a proper fixture yet.......... CWL  |

I cannot see many players wanting to come to the toon while tubby rules the roost. It looks as if he could not care less what people think of him, the club is his, he will run it into the ground if he feels like it nobody can stop him from doing it either.  ATB |

What really gets to me is that underneath all the posturing and sh!t PR from Mikey dwells the real possibility for another Portsmouth, Leeds or even more recently Birmingham fiasco. The FA will do bugger all.................... Premier League management Comittee even less and another Club with a proud history will be on the brink of going under. Mikey may well be a success in his choosen sports retail business, however I'm certainly not convinced by his actions so far he knows much about the Football business. What makes it worse is that his choosen chairman/chief exec or whatever title Lambsarse holds this week knows even less. Everyone else is just an employee that can be discarded on a whim. As for the supporters as you say there's nothing which is likely to suceed in removing him without huge financial backing. Something that just doesn't appear to be going to happen anytime soon. The curse of Ashley is not in that I fear him destroying The Toon as a Club, but my desire for supporting NUFC. Like quite a few other supporters I know once I walk away I reckon I'll not go back. I was just thinking.......maybe the fatmans downfall will be how he takes things very personally and uses his power and money to snuff out anybody who offends his delicate personality.....Joey B,Jose , the singing section etc... Maybe its time to get creative and offend him as much as possible......if anything hurts the mercenary spineless bastard,I'm all for it.....lets get the heads together.

Interesting point you raise Canny and not a million miles away from the truth of the matter. Mikey is like the kid who owns the football in the school yard........................ if the game not going according to his way takes his ball and storms off in a huff! I just wonder how long it will be before a season ticket holder or number of them in a section of the ground lose their seats because they protest in some way or other. The one thing he is unable to buy is the total voice of the support. People will keep having a go at him on the Web, Facebook and Twitter etc. May not do him harm directly as he has the hide of a rhino, however other people linked to his business empire will not be pleased.
