Sad but some what inevitable, only 27. I've just heard this. How sad. I am shocked and sad about this. We dont know the details yet. She was so talented. I feel for her parents who have had to watch her mistakes, but would have seen the respect for her talent also. |

Ive never been partial to her music but could appreciate the talent behind it.Last news I saw about her she was being booed off the stage fairly recently.....When I contrast that to the impact she had when she first became famous -well it was an awful thing to watch.

I think she made people think about the person beyond the "Junkie". There is always a person in there.

i liked her years ago i thought she was pretty until she got those horrible tattoos and hooked on drugs and drink, i liked some of her music, still it's a sad end for someone so young.

Everyone is going to speculate about the cause of her death, e.g. drink, drugs, suicide, and detract into the whole "27 yrs club" thing. But this was a person. She was extremely talented and I listened to her all the time. I feel for her parents, as anyone who has watched their loved one spiral into a world that you just want to save them from. She has left us all something very important in her music, but she also left a family and friends who cared for her. We dont know the cause of death yet. I want to beleive that it had nothing to do with drugs, as her father says she had been clean.
