was supposed to be getting upgraded to 50MB broadband today so i was , between 8 and 12 was the time booked but this time came and went, when i phoned them they said it had been cancelled and that made me , it was the engineers who cancelled it because the area has not had a survey to see if i can get the 50MB but the bloke on customer service said all the info he had said i can get the 50MB broadband, he did apologize that no one had contacted me to tell me it had been cancelled so now i have to wait till Tuesday they are going to do a area survey then phone me on Wenesday to arrange to come out and install the new modem for 50mB broadband, well all i can say is im now and .

We paid our bill on Friday-Woman asked if we would prefer to pay by D/D.We agreed and were ready to go ahead and get it sorted until she suddenly told us that it was too late to do it now,things would get messed up and we'd have to do it later in the month WTF was the point of going through it all then if we couldnt arrange it

getting upgraded on the 20th, cant wait as my broadband at the moment for some reason runs slower than the old dial up.

got upgraded today to 50mb broadband, everything seems okay certainly running a lot faster and no lagging on games or iplayer when everyone else are on the net.

what a pile of s**t this virgin wirless modem router is, i thought it would be good as it's a Netgear one just like my router was but it keeps disconnecting me from xbox live,
at least the good news is i kept my router and have connected it to the virgin Netgear wirless modem router, i can now once again go on Xbox live without any problems,
im still not pleased though i should not have to use another router with theirs to stay connected.
