Maybe its about time that we just had English players in English teams, and preferably locals in local teams. I know this is just a dream but a return to sport would be a better thing than a team made up of names that sound like a menu. I have never been to a live footy match other than a school one, now they know how to play for the love of it, I know its just a dream and its a business, but when I was a lad....as the old saying goes.. Welcome.......I think football would have to go totally bust and reinvent itself for that utopian scenario to ever happen. But I do know what you mean and agree. |
