Strangely enough I was just about to start a thread on this too. I can see this having huge implications for Twitter users-most notably those users who breached the recent gagging orders

Thing is though, are the accusations true? The council time and money would be better spent finding this out, and sorting that out before going after the messenger!!

Ive not heard of an organisation taking this type of action before on behalf of its employees Theres an allegation of libel but isnt it usually the individual who sues?

Corporations can do this as well................also note this is being done through the American Courts. Mind you probably explians why its taken two years to get this far................. CWL

Its an interesting concept. Im not that experienced on legal matters but how it looks to me is that a few ex-employees or even current employees have been attempting to either whistle blow or air grudges on line.Im not in any position as to judge And how do any of us differentiate.I know Ive seen some mickey taking within the NHS but on-line Id draw the line at naming names.But am I wrong? If there is wrongdoing shouldnt that issue be raised? I know that there are many cover ups and pay offs that the public dont necessarily get to hear about-employers do seem to cover their own backs at times and try to avoid scandal-Im wondering how we as ordinary people would get to know about the inside workings of corporations without people going public?
