What about that "tackle" with the studs out on Barton early on in the game?
What a tool.

I wonder which premeditated tackle he is referring too...............may have missed it! Yes the battle for midfield was a well contested affair but his side are not exactly a bunch of shrinking violets! Thought O'Hara had a great game for them and would still like to see him in a Black & White shirt. CWL

O'Hara was one of few Wolves players that didn't have a poor game.... Karl Henry looked awfully quiet, he didn't even fly into dangerous assaults that I could see (pehaps off-screen?).
Maybe McCarthy is refering to that trip Nolan did to get his yellow, it wasn't dangerous and most players would have done it to prevent a chance.

The yellow which Nolan took for the trip on Hammill was a pure piece of Professional play, cynical possibly, but also necessary. The lad was away make no mistake about it...... Nolan simply did what he had to do even if it ultimatley means he also misses the next two games through suspension. CWL
