like ive always said shops put prices up before a price cut or sale then just reduce them to the price they were, HMV have put all their prices up so it must be getting time for an HMV Easter sale, when it comes to garages BP have to be the most expensive ive seen that's probably why you get big ques at Shell and ADSA garages,
Gatehead council are making up for the cuts with high rent increases, my sons £17 a week towards the rent has gone up to £21.55 and if you have a garage it's went from just over £3 to £5 a week.

Yep-we got the rent increase letter too. Not exactly a tiny rent increase was it?  I was saying to Mr Shads the other day that the hundred pound a week rent is looming. Add on the council tax and thats close on half of his pay gone in one fell swoop. |

i got a letter from the DWP im now allowed to earn £100 each week before my allowance is affected  3 people to care for im lucky when i get time to sleep never mind earn any money, even before tomorrows meet in the morning ive got loads to do just so i can get a few hours me time. |

 Dont you just love it . To qualify for childrens DLA the parent completes the fifty page plus form from hell disclosing every personal habit their child has to an office worker who ticks boxes. You justify every waking and sleeping hour you have minute by minute. You qualify because you are doing more than the average parent. Then you get carers allowance.Once. On top of that we can work Wow. Like you tomorrow is gonna be the only only me time I have-every other thing I do is for some-one else.

the GOV have cut the ammount of funding that is giving so disabled children in the North East so they can enjoy activities like youth clubs, active kids clubs, trips and leisure facilities etc so ive now been roped in as part of the group to try and raise funds so they dont suffer as much, they have cut the funds from 5.6 to 3.6 million, were trying to get charity status and the legal package and requirements are mind boggling, the forms for this make the DLA forms look simple.

So in other words as well as being a full time carer to three people you'll be a free fundraiser too And you can still work for hundred hours a week to boot Welcome to the BIG society. Well-we're all in it together  |

as well as attending this weeks group about the fundraisng ive had school appointments and a 42 page set of forms to fill in so the kids can have a few days at active kids during the Easter, normally they would get 2 full weeks but due to the cut backs they get a few days each this time, and ive had to fill in a set of forms so they can stay on the GHD disabled childrens register and im awaiting the arrival of another set of forms so my eldest can get an active card to use when he goes to the leisure centre with the school, forms forms forms my heads still spinning.

Amazing how companies you wouldnt expect to be involved get awarded these contracts US Arms Manufacturer Lockheed Martin has the contracy for the 2011 UK Census in March this year. The US arms manufacturer Lockheed Martin makes Trident nuclear missiles, cluster bombs and fighter jets and is involved in data processing for the CIA and FBI. It has provided private contract interrogators for the Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq and Guantanamo Bay. Lockheed Martin has the UK Government contract to process the data for the 2011 census in March. i heard about people reporting to the police about drug deals taking place and the police responding with were too busy at the moment, they should just say they have also failed to fill in their census forms and they will be straight out . |
