Saw the whole game. Decent 1st goal. Harper gifted the second. Cheap free kick for 3rd but well taken free kick. And a gifted 4th. Lousy defending and as someone has already pointed out Tiote out for two games. It does not look good but hey I'm a WUM

Jose and Sol Cambell both started game..............Jonas on the bench along with Ranger. Best out injured. Ameobi and Lovenkrands up front. Joey back in midfield. Jose off again injured. Campbell was gamble..........and that's being kind. Young Ferguson only ray of brightness in day of gloom. Pressure really building now, however don't think we are quite relegated just yet. Said from the start it would go down to the last game I just pray we don't need the points to stay up! Squad so lacking both numbers and quality not that much of a surprise it's finding it tough in the run in towards the end of the season. Fat Controller took the gamble and it may well come back to bite him big time. Wolves at home now looking a really big game for us and anything but a win just not worth thinking about regarding possible consequences. CWL

Watched it on a good stream, they were all over us like a rash When we get the ball anywhere near the goal, there never seems to be anyone there to take a shot!!!!! Felt sorry for the fans that went down, only to see that sorry display!!!

Agree with you CWL. We were well beaten but a good showing by Ferguson. Looks like the days of thinking of "top six" finish are over and finishing above Sunderland is looking doubtful, but you never know! Campbell is past it and relies too much on "leaning" on opposing players.

One bright spot - Young Ferguson. Did really well and had one fantastic raid, selling dummies and all. Definitely one for the future. Pardupe should never have risked Enrique, he'll probably be out for some time now. Ameobi put himself about a bit but is even worse at heading with his mask than he was before. Løvenkrands brings nothing to the table. Barton out of sorts, tried hard but his delivery was off. Simpson, Williamson, Collo and Sol unsure at times, mostly of each other and Harper.

Whatever Pardew is doing as defensive coach is certainly not working..........................As for our attack well we appear to have completely run out of ideas! In the space of a month we have gone from looking a decent enough side with not too much to worry about to a complete shambles. Not sure yet if it's a good or bad thing we have a run of games coming against those down the bottom half of the table fighting for their Premier League lives. Team spirit also appears to have gone walk about. The frustration is also building...................most of it aimed at our most benevolent owner and his useless prick of a side kick. Why oh why did we get landed with this lot................. CWL

There is some sense in what you say Skint. Many of us see what is happening for what it is - NUFC being run purely as a business venture with one person reaping the benefits. Pardupe was FCB,s final piece in the puzzle and he is performing his part perfectly. Bullsh*tting the punters at every opportunity and ruining the dressing room spirit that CH had created. I feel sorry for myself for having to watch the dismal displays they are putting on week after week even if circumstances limit me to TV viewing for the most part. - One win in ten games is certainly not the progress we were led to believe we would make under Pardupe. Mostly I feel sorry for the fantastic fans who travel to away matches only to be conned time and time again. I know from experience that they have terrific days out but to witness my club being torn apart at the seams is a harrowing experience. Yes I am a doom merchant as our "feathered friend" puts it but after over 50 years of supporting this club I have earned the right to see things in a realistic manner.

Skint my expectations of The Fat Controlller and his pals are very firmly grounded in reality. I go to games and support Newcastle United for my reasons not his. What frustrates me is that the pleasure I derive from doing so is being eroded away by the inept decision making of our benevolent owner who so far has not shown much in the way of his ambitions for the Club other than possibly milking it dry. Although I have to acknowledge he has also put money into the Club during his tenure, the main aim as I see it is too take as much money back out of it to make his ownership worthwhile. Crazy thing is I can live with that if he was providing what supporters want to see which is a competitive side on the park. However what we do have is a far from ideal set up both player wise and in many supporters minds in our current manager. I will see Wor Mikeys tenure and time at The Toon out. Although it is proving to be another extreme test of faith when it comes to supporting NUFC. However unlike when others have left for pastures new I shall not care one jot when he does finally leave.
