Well loooks as though our benevolent owner can breathe easy again following the SFO's decision to no longer investigate individuals from SDI. Although no one was ever named Ashley was believed to be one of several people within the company coming under scrutiny following the transfer of 31 stores from the JJB empire to SDI.

Well I was way off the mark regarding this matter although it hasn't made me change my opinion about the way he controls NUFC.
