The Royal Mint have just put on sale a new £5 coin with the Kate Middleton and William. The price................£9.95 Why not £5? So paying for the wedding? The bunch of sycophantic dullards who will buy the coins. Somehow I think I'll give it a miss.

ive got 2 boxes ones coronation soap and ones silver jubilee, i think Geroge and Mary, so one box is from about 1910 the other 1935, ive also got a 1910 to 1935 silver jubilee port of Blyth pewter beaker it's very nice but like i said Royal memorabilia is worth nowt now.

I've got a 1935 cup and saucer that's been passed down to me and a tin with George and Mary's picture on.

The beaker sounds nice-I like old artifacts. But soap? I think its more interesting as old soap-jubilee soap just sounds mad. What on earth did people buy it for? I buy soap every week but I dont stash a bar away hoping it'll increase in value fifty years down the line Pure marketing even then-stick a picture of some celeb of the time and people buy it in droves. And hope it increases in value These days Im surprised not to see Katie Price soap. And a rival Peter Andre one.
