Well if the EC had had an ounce of decency they could have given us at least some warning and a chance to exchange details  I still cant get over the fact that other Northern newspapers such as the Gazette and Echo still have their forums but the paper that apparently represents the people of the North East as they constantly harp on about didnt care enough to moderate its forum properly or bother to inform members who had contributed for years that it was imminently about to close. Even now it makes me angry thinking about it.More so when I see members and have no way of contacting them.After four years of being unable to remove posts on HYS for literally days at time its amazing how fast they remove references to here. Still-it must be easier now-they can control the topics and since its relatively few commenting it should be pretty simple now  |

Hear Ye. Hear ye!!! I've managed to post a link on the Ronnie blog and it has lain there now for over 30 mins without being pulled. Are things looking up over there? There are more and more people back there complaining about the way the EC pulled the plug on us At the moment the mods have their hands full with a CptnKid something or other who is bombarding them with criticism. Maybe it's a distraction working in our favour  |

some may not be letting the subject drop but what will happen if they bring back the chronnie forums, how many will stay here, what this forum realy needs to get a lot more members and a good way to reach the old ones who dont know it exists is some media coverage, anyone thought of giving night owls a ring , it's got a world wide audience thanks to the internet. |
