Well the next big event in The Toon tomorrow, after The Forum Meet, is the small matter of a Premeir League fixture against Bolton. Will this be pay back time for the 5 - 1 drubbing we got in November at the Reebock? One piece of very good news is that Cheick Cheick 'The Room' Tiote has signed an extended contract with the Club until 2017. However as always with Wor Mikey there's a downside in that he can go whenever the club receive an offer deemed as "good business". Just a case of show me the money then eh! I expect the side to be pretty much the same as that which played the last two away games at Ewood Park and St Andrews. On current form I see no reason why The Lads should not take all three points from this game to certainly take us above our opponents and possibly The Mackems should they lose at Everton. CWL

That's probably blown it for this home game...................too much positivity among the fans. Where's the doom mongers among you ..............We are cursed! The Fat Controler is just a money grabbing Bar steward!.......Pardew is a puppet!...............Lambsarse is.........well frankly an idiot and God only knows how he got the job, but I digress. Still believe it will be a home win just not sure about the score........umm! CWL

I agree Polly, the 10 men did just fine. We missed Barton but we didn't miss Taylor when he was deservedly sent off. He'd done nowt anyway.
One of Best's better games , I have to admit. One of Tiote's poorer games - gave the ball away too often.
Must play Ranger instead of Løvenkrands, he makes things happen and is a constant threat whilst the Dane is simply out of his depth.
Oh and never being one for shying away from giving credit where credit is due I would admit that today Pardupe tackled the transition to 10 men quite well tactic wise. We should have won it by half time tho'.
All in all a fair result.

Hopefully it was the last we saw from Ryan Taylor, so poor, so clumsy and so stupid to make that "tackle".
Sure, Tioté gave away a lot of passes today but he worked hard to cover up the midfield too.
Enrique best on the pitch yet again, not only does he a good job in the defense, he also gets past other defenders with ease.
