i love Ebay if nothing it's good for a laugh, it amazes me how many people find stuff in their loft , old consoles seem to be a favourite and sometimes have things like this, been in loft for last 10 years was working before i put it up there so should be ok but comes untested, in other words it's been baking in the loft for 10 years and is knackered, another thing they put, has all leads but i dont have time to test it, they spend 10+ mins listing it on Ebay but dont have a spare 2 mins to test it , another word used a lot, Temperamental, in other words it's broke but sometimes works, i once bought the movie Silent Hill it was described as original DVD from abroad, at £2 i thought it was a bit cheap as it had just been on at the cinema, it came in a normal envelope wrapped in a bit of a carrier bag and was a very bad copy, anyone ever bought anything that was not quite as the seller described it.

i once bought a Peugeot sunstrip and when it arrived it said eugeot, my first thought was they are taking the P , anyway they were ok about it and replaced it no probs, another thing i find funny is people saying things are rare when they are as common as pigeons and ask a stupid price, someone once tried to say Sonic for the Megadrive was rare.

I usually dont have too many problems either to be honest-but I got a bit p****d off over Christmas-ordered a top with a very specific name on the back for one of the kids-His Initial and second name-one of those reebok ones with sports peoples names.
Anyway-it arrived with just the second name and no initial. So I mentioned it to him-what a prat he was-threw a hissy fit and was on about not being able to check every shirt-and he had plenty other buyers if I wanted to send it back.
As it happened I kept it as my son was happy enough but goes to show you get the occasional bad 'un.

same thing here i bought a megadrive cd player on the 8th and it did not arrive i sent 3 Emails over the last week with no reply so took it up with Ebay yesterday and have to wait till the 6th of March, it's to give the seller time to reply, it wasnt a bargain price or anything, i dont understand why people put stuff on to sell and dont bother sending it after you have paid for it.
