Just had a very healthy meal...not breakfast: Peppered mackerel, raw carrots (sliced), 3 cherry tomatoes, 4 radishes, slices of pear (which goes fantastically with mackerel) and prawn cocktail crisps scattered on top!

Aye, its nice Roma, and the sweetness of the pear kind of complimented the oiliness of the Mackerel. I feel like an inspired chef! ;D
