Just had a very healthy meal...not breakfast: Peppered mackerel, raw carrots (sliced), 3 cherry tomatoes, 4 radishes, slices of pear (which goes fantastically with mackerel) and prawn cocktail crisps scattered on top!  That sounds gorgeous Definitely gonna try it Jazz-love peppered mackerel but never had it like that  |

Is mackerel the same as Kippers? Couldn't stand fish for breakfast - yukk! In fact, can't usually eat breakfast. Sometimes though, yesterday's pizza, reheated in the microwave, is not too bad ;D

Hahaha No it was prepared exactly as you described Jazz And there were two sliced pears with it-they did go with it-definitely something I'd have again |
