Two slices of toast, one with marmalade and one with raspberry jam - staple breakfast for me for 40 years. Boiled egg on Sundays.

Normally a couple of slices of toast and a class of fresh orange
for me.

I usually have a cereal bar and a banana, but that is around 9.30/10 o'clock. When I was working it was 2 cups of coffee and a couple of tabs  I can't eat at 7 in the morning!!!

Cereal, various types...Crunchy Nut Cornflakes, Muesli, those hoop things..Cheerios mixed with packet of mixed fruit from Tescos. Coffee, maybe a banana later on, maybe a cup of tea later again. Thats it.  |

I had two large free range boiled and toast.
Don't like Muesli, looks like horse food! When have you ever see a horse smile.
