Watching it again (watched it live on the lappy first  ) on MOTD, I wondered about the second penalty. Could it be that the ref realised the linesman had made a mistake, but couldn't say owt, so he gave the (non IMO) penalty, as a sort of "consolation" for being wrong?? Knowing that the chances of missing was slim, thereby "correcting" the mistake, if you see what I mean.

Well Williamson was pushed while he was in the air and to me that was a penalty, had he been on the ground there would have been nothing in it. Soft perhaps but I think the secnd one was more of a penatly than the first one.
Funny how Arsenal fans always blame the oppositions team and fans, the ref but never themselves.
