I think it is available as a download.
Be aware though that you are completely helpless in the game, not a single weapon in the game to defend yourself with.

According to press reports Sony has a partial service on PS network.We are still finding it impossible to get online-just wondering if anyone else is having problems or if its a problem our end  |

if it has been modded to play copy games thats why it has been banned, not you just that console, yes once you buy the console it is yours but if you mod it to play copy games Microsoft will ban that console, it would be illegal for them to sit back and let people play pirate games on their internet service, they are also trying to protect the game industry and for those who think game developers make a megaload of money your wrong, many of them are just survivng and many have went out of business, it's the shops that see most the profit.
