I've added a Tributes Thread to the HYS board. It's a sticky so it will be at the top and easily found. This is for members to post tributes to people who have died, be they sports, film, TV personalities or just someone you know. We decided it would be easier all round, and to keep everything "neat and tidy" to have the tributes in one place. Any objections, keep them to yourselves  Only joking ;D If anyone has any objections, please let us know.

Just a quick update.
You may have noticed that we have made one or two changes recently-most noticably the fact that guests must log in to view member profiles and member names now.
However threads and posts remain visible for guests to view.
Renegades remains an open forum however we are constantly looking at ways to improve it and hopefully this latest step will improve security for our members.

What a good idea this is, the mods and admins telling people what's going on.  Imagine that on the EC/EG forum  I mean we were only members, nothing to do with us.  |

Yeah, on here they care for the rabble/mob.... though it might have something to with that pitchforks stuck in you isn't very good for your figure or really healthy.

As you will notice if you log out some changes have been made to the homepage for guests.Once again this is purely for security reasons and to protect members privacy  |

Apologies-the forum was temporarily running slow a few moments back.
This was a proboards issue and affected other forums as well as our own but seems theyve now ironed out the problem.
Sorry folks but it was beyond our control.

CWL CWL-control yourself  For a moment I thought my computer was working itself too Jazz but on checking it wasnt just Renegades.These things do happen from time to time but usually proboards get the problem sorted fairly sharpish  |

I wanted to let members know that after careful consideration we have decided that the repeated use of very large images will not be permitted on this board.In particular the continued use of any image which is not relevant to the thread being discussed.It is both disruptive and distracting to members attempting to engage in discussion and serves no purpose.
Members have the option of displaying an avatar and any reasonable statement or image to display under their posts however very large images are not considered reasonable and will be deleted by the moderators.

Ive added the code so that people using imageshack and uploading photos can post pictures.I'd appreciate it if anyone who uses these could let me know if its been successful as I dont use either of these methods for posting pictures |
