So embarrissing to watch this rubbish Newcastle team.
Pardew has fielded the weakest team ever
Have to force myself to watch the second half

Thought Mags were doing okay until that first goal on 41 then feared the worst. Disappointed they couldn't hold out until break just a goal down and conceding a second in added time was real blow. Looked a bit more determined at start of second half, however it was short lived and once Kompany scored effectively game over. With no way back the fourth from Toure didn't matter as far as getting a result although it hurts our goal difference quite a bit. Not really sure what else APee could have done today regarding putting a team out. Let's be honest here Citeh won the League last year and most of the players that helped them do it were on the park for them today. Newcastle's squad just doesn't have the depth or quality to compete with Citeh. It may have looked like men against boys, but in reality was simply hundreds of millions spent compared to merely millions and it showed. The next two home league games and results against Fulham and The Mackems are far more important than losing this one away. Let's hope we have our missing players back for those two, otherwise we may well have something to get really concerned about... WL

+1 and add to this the fact that AP most probably had Benfica in mind.
