Good to see that the rest of the world of football are beginning to see what a waste of space this toe rag is

Owen, 33, has a deal which expires at the end of this season and he has struggled to make an impact at the Britannia Stadium - following his free transfer from Manchester United last summer. The striker has been hit by a series of injuries and will miss Saturday's trip to Fulham with a thigh strain suffered in training and doubts remain over his ability to make an impact at the highest level. The former England international has managed just a handful of substitute appearances and one goal, but Pulis remains open-minded on Owen's situation and insists no decision will be made until the end of the current campaign. "We will review it at the end of the season with Dean Whitehead and three or four others," said Pulis. "It will help his cause if he is in the team, of course it will. Michael wants to play. He wants to play every week. "I haven't got a player in that dressing room that doesn't want to play. There is no-one in there happy to just sit and pick up the money. We needed to get Michael games, but over Christmas was difficult because there was so much going on. Nicked this from ESPN..........gonna disagree with the last bit. That tosser always collect his check as he sat on our bench. As I said in an early post this year.............still canno score from the training table

Ho fn Ho......look at the last sentence!!!!!!!
Stoke boss Tony Pulis is hoping Matthew Etherington could be fit for Sunday's Barclays Premier League clash with Newcastle at St James' Park. The winger has been struggling with a back injury and has had injections but has trained the last couple of days and has a chance. Robert Huth serves the second game of a three-match ban so Marc Wilson is likely to deputise in the centre of defence again while striker Michael Owen (thigh) is fit and will be desperate to get a chance against his old club.
He will need an operation to remove the bench ...its attached to his arse.............and he will need to visit a shrink to convince him that its ok to play again...........
If he was a horse I'd shoot him.

Need to talk him up before this game...... Slagging him off Canny will only backfire as he comes to haunt The Toon Army. Personally think he will pull something between now and Sunday. WL
