No not a new French recruit. More an expression of my surprise and satisfaction at the business done by Newcastle United in the January window.
As CW stated on another thread. "I have never been so gobsmacked since the arrivals of Supermac and Keegan". Sports Direct must be making inroads in France. I'd still have liked to have seen a top quality striker coming in but hey there's almost a week left before the window closes.
So many positives that I choose now to overlook the strange Collocine affair and the idiotic behaviour of a certain Ranger. The latter simply has to go - anywhere will do. Prison anyone?
Looking forward now to what can only be an exciting second half of
season.
