It would appear that Mrs. Collo and the kids have found it very hard to settle into the NorthEast!!!!! Well that's just tough!!! When you marry a footie player, you know you can go anywhere in the world to live. She enjoys a lifestyle the rest of us can just dream of, so she should make more of a bloody effort, she'll hardly be living in the West End of Newcastle! I get really annoyed with these sort of excuses, she should either buckle down and make an effort, or stay in Argentina and have visits like a lot of other working people have to!
And I'm sure he can afford his own Gulfstream to come and go as he likes (well, more or less) which is a dammed sight better than most people who work away have! Imagine someone in the forces whinging on because their husbands have been posted somewhere other than their own country!!

Reports coming through that a meeting is to be held at SJP tomorrow (Wednesday) between Colo, his advisors, APee, Lambast**d and the Clubs lawyers to discuss his request to leave. One to watch I guess.... Also I understand there's no truth in the rumour Canny was asked to sit in on the meeting after suggesting hadawayandshite could be brought in as replacements for the skipper. WL

Further rumour has it that it's not the fact that they haven't settled (strange it had taken over 3 years for that to appear ), quite the opposite..........seems our curly haired centre back has been " playing away" in more ways than one He's allegedly having talks today with Deadly Dekka, AP and the club's lawyers, so time will tell, eh?

Receiving texts saying Colo talks on hold until Monday...... San Lorenzo will be gutted as they wanted him gone by this week....shame! Hadawayandshite agent Mr C Man before his return to the States has been quoted as saying he had received no further contact from NUFC regarding his clients. He is however understood to be available for live gigs throughout the Spring and into the Summer. WL

From the Ronny Gill..... SAN LORENZO have thrown the towel in on their bid to sign Fabricio Coloccini. The Argentine club were hoping to take the Newcastle United central defender back to Buenos Aires and had even turned to rich backers to try to make the deal happen. But even though Coloccini confessed a desire to leave the Magpies for personal reasons, his move has fallen through because San Lorenzo could not raise the required funds to make the deal happen. The defender's representatives had flown to Tyneside to thrash the deal out but a short statement on San Lorenzo's official Twitter site said: "Finally, after long negotiations, we announce that Coloccini will not join the squad."
