Capn....if youre out there ....I bow down to you It does not make it any better it just gets me more and more frustrated. Frustrating is knot strong enough Capt. People pay hard earned $$$$ and then watch this? It's diabolical.........the holy trinity is just picking the pockets of one of the best, if not the best supported team in the land and these thieves are taking advantage of it and getting away with it! |

It's all part and parcel of being a Newcastle supporter. When you sign up your blood pressure rockets. I have no blood pressure problem............that's what the Dog is fer. But like every other supporter I wait all week for these matches. I work 40-50 hours 3 nights a week and you know my situation at home...........these matches currently are my only outlet. FFS today I really feel gutted..........we were winning and then the gaffer hands the game over? Just makes no sense |

And one more thing, with time you learn to not expect too much from this bunch of clowns up on the hill. It is sensless. Thanks Fairsy, you and everyone else here have been such good friends, I laugh out loud when I read some of the clever post on here. Mrs. Broon and Junior think I’m quite mad but it keeps me going. Until yesterday I really thought we would stay up but after witnessing the boneheaded moves made by the pin headed gaffer I realized that if this guy remains in charge he will drive us down. Now the biggest problem there is I won’t be able to watch any matches cause no one broadcast fizzy pop matches. Years ago Canny and I would drive hours to watch satellite feeds of the matches. Now days we have Fox Soccer TV or Fox Online Soccer and I get all the matches at home. The year we went down I did not see a single match. Ever follow a match on ESPN Gamecast? It sucks BIG TIME, like watching paint dry. I know we can’t compete with Gooners, Chelskis and the Manchesters, not delusional there but last year I really enjoyed my football. In yesterday’s first half the engine room showed promise……add Benny to the mix when he gets better, could be a decent side again. As far as Mrs. Broon goes, she will beat this foul thing, I have no doubt. She has been fighting this thing for eight months now and despite the bungling of some of our medical geniuses she soldiers on. She is tough as nails, Canny can attest to that. So when the day comes and she has recovered I will come back over for a “Meet” with you all and we will train and train HARD. And we will regale and “pat ourselves on the back” for enduring the asinine decisions made by those who run our beloved club! |
