Defeat on Monday will mean we would have lost 5 games on the bounce in the premier league for the fist time. That said prior to the Stoke game we hadn't lost 4 games in a row for 4 years but that didn't motivate AP and the boys to get a result there.
The danger is AP could play for a draw just to avoid the unwanted record and risk getting hit by the 'unpredictable Wigan'.
This game is so hard to predict. I heard somewhere that we have never won after going down in games under AP. I don't know if that was for this season only or ever since AP took over. But that again is the worrying stat.
Tomorrow we will be over reliant on our two big Senegalese strikers. Let's hope they both score as I reckon we'll need two goals at least to get some sort of a positive result from the game.

Polly, Mrs. Broon will watch the match with me today........it's on ESPN over here. She understands the game as she watched our son play until he was 18 and left home. One thing though........she still thinks Obertan's name is AW FFS from when Canny was here watching matches I'm wondering why Mrs. P don't watch the matches with you and is relegated to the upstairs telly? Salty Language? Do you think 6 pints will be enough?

I was pretty impressed with their response.
