The away side deserved the draw and really played well the second half. However despite qualifying for the next knock out stage the main concern for Newcastle is that Hatem has done his hamstring and will be out for two or three weeks. Cisse limping off also is another issue.... As for the fringe players well Marveaux may have scored but didn't do much else for me tonight. Sameobi has all the tricks in the world, however needs to concentrate more when in good positions. Anita looks okay in this kind of company yet for me Bigi was the only one brought in that actually looked as if he has something about him. Result aside the way things are going we will be down to eleven fit players and nothing else if this injury run continues. WL  |
