What kind of reception do you think Andy Carroll and Jose Enrique will receive from The Toon Army this weekend should either or both of them play? I believe it could be very hostile...............to say the least! CWL  |

I believe it could be very hostile...............to say the least! CWL I'm sure the Black n White Army will give them 2 a "proper Geordie" welcome back. But what I'm really hoping fer is the Lads get a couple goals up on the REDS and 50 thousand Geordies serenade King Kenny with "yer gonna get sacked in the morning"!  Nothing would warm my heart more! I've been reading Kenny's a wee bit under the gun lately with their form. And I loathe that team more than most!  |

Using Polly's copy and paste trick I got this off the Mirror Web Site..............Carroll, who was booked for diving in the penalty area, also clashed with Pardew on the touchline, telling his former boss: “It wasn’t a dive you f****** c***.”
When that happens here in the states we say the player has a "red arse"....lol

CWL - I think I deserve a point in HWGA fer predicting this! Nice try Broon, but err! No! A blind, deaf and dumb non football savvy clarevoyent could have predicted this...................... The boos and Carroll is a w****r song particularly funny, but the one for Jose and we are sixth was classic. Bellars got off lightly by comparison. Can't wait to see what happens when Balotelli turns up............. CWL  |

Not even sure the Carroll abuse had a tune, but among all of the noise I couldn't really tell. Same for the "Should have joined a big Club" chant. The other one.................We're in the top six, Jose! sounded like the chant/tune the Toon Army used for There's only one Jose. That made it even more apt and hilarious. Been looking on You Tube to see if anyone submitted sound bite of this from game but no joy yet. I take it not heard on TV coverage? Bit surprised as it was certainly loud enough in the ground. Thought the crowd and noise was even better than for the derby game and that is usually most partisan of them all. Long time since I have seen Liverpool away supporters leaving early as well. It was great beating them last season but this was one of those games to really savour and victory particularly sweet. CWL  |
