I've doon the math and agree with the Captain and Polly, 12 points and finish 6th place! What's wrong with the "little waster" going only 8 and 12th place? Need more that a tin hat with that pick. He's seen too many years with downward tailspins at the finish. This team is different man, we got Ba, Cisse, Spiderman and the "Mackem killer" Shola. Krul in goal, best side we've seen in years. CWL .......how about the same kind of competition like we had for the first ..games? So many points to the nearest. My prediction is unforunately only 8 points.........the 3rd wheel is about to fall off the Toon wagon. What say you et al? Could make the HGWA predictions league run in very interesting and topple the Bedlintun nappy flasher  Uh er a Canny, in yer desperate attempt to move yerself up in the HWGA table you may have shot yerself in the foot. If the Mags beat the Swans this week that's 9 points and yer oot of this competition. What worse is Leazer picked 15 and he's well on his way to topple us all! Now I see where you picked the Mags to win this week. Well yer reverse, er child psychology ain't working mate. Once again you've underestimated the Mags, you forgot we got PERCHINO and our new #9 Cisse'! How's that tin hat holden up? Note: don't bother to point oot my spot in the table. well that's another "side" competition knackered!! Yesterday's win took the tally te 15 pts......BUT.......... To get the extra 10, final league position has to be correct also  Therefore, for me to collect, the lads need to lose ALL their remaining games and drop down two places........... Simply nnnooootttt gonna happen so do we declare it null and void Canny??? |

Leazes that's not the case........ It was ten for correctly predicting how many points The Toon would get from the remaining games plus another five if you got our final position in the league table correct. So you could still win ten points without getting the extra five. Yes the side would have to lose all remaining fixtures, but must admit the way they are playing currently 21 points or more is not out of the question. CWL  |
