I came across Riverside a month or two ago. Haven't listened that much too them as I usually don't give progressive metal that much attention. They're not a bad band though.
I'd say that the main reason for them not being famous is because they are from Poland. Metal in Poland are as underground as you can possibly get and I can only think of two somewhat successful bands from here. Pathfinder - they are a mix between Rhapsody of Fire and Dragonforce And Crystal Viper - they fall somewhere in the heavy/trash metal mold
Otherwise I'd say that the Swedish band Sabaton are very famous in Poland, they were even invited to play here during their flag day.
Riverside work under a German label, otherwise they probably would have had to produce their albums on their own and then I'm not so sure we would have seen five albums from them so far then.
Now something new from an old band in the business (they've been around since 1972). Being 65 I think Bob Catley still has a very powerful voice.

Right, time for a PC-game special. As a kid I loved those old Spaghetti Westerns with the music made by Ennio Morricone. So when LucasArts released Outlaws in 1997, a game that had taken a lot of inspiration of those movies, I was in gamer's heaven!
So let's get the six shooter loaded and start shooting!
The last song is an abvous homage to The Ecstasy of Gold.
