Is it that obvious M?  haha ....It's much more complicated...But maybe in a couple of years.... PS: NUFC will always be my first love....But just don't tell her that |

It appears the title of this thread sums up most of what happens at The Toon these days...................... Latest news to be inflicted upon the faithful is that Hatem Ben Arfa was injured during last nights game against Kansas. Conflicting reports about how bad his ankle injury actually is, however regardless of that he is now on his way back to Tyneside for further assessment. Three weeks or so to go before the season starts and we have 3 potential first team players out with injury. Our squad is looking fragile to say the least and that's without the prospect of further departures and/or injuries. Let's hope Hatem is not seriously hurt and will recover in time for the first game against the Gooners. CWL  |

Jose didn't play last night as according to APee he was suffering from a knock received in training which affected his hamstring again. His situation is also a major embarrassment to all involved..... CWL  |

I agree CWL. In a way I hope Jose himself grows a pair and states his intentions and either stays or goes....This Jose saga is doing my head in as much as the Melvut Erdinc saga!

Sadly no................ I've had any expectation it would be planned and managed well knocked out of me over too many years. It's also another example of why over the same period I'm unable to believe NUFC is as professional as many supporters think it is and even more so now. CWL |
