Mrs nicknackpadywhack and myself called into M&S today and picked up one of their valentine meals so we will be canoodling over a candle lit dinner tomorrow night and after ;D |

Thank you Magpie-at least some-one remembered How sad is this?... As Mr Shads has either been non-stop working or looking after the kids whilst I visited my mam hes had no chance to get out to do shopping.So today I had to buy my own Birthday card and present off him and also my own Valentine card and pressie.Got some funny looks off the blokes browsing the "to my Wife" cards alongside me mind And to add insult to injury he forgot to request tomorrow off and is working a long day.On top of that Ive got to bloody well pick him up from Walker at 8.30 pm. Hes promised to make it up to me mind-so hopefully off to the tattoo parlour to get the tattoo he promised me last year shortly  |

HAHAHA-oh he'll pay alright magpie-we are also supposed to be going out for a drink and a game of pool at some point-I fully intend to deal out maximum humiliation by way of a thrashing (on the pool table of course ) |

Understandably Valentines Day's different for me this year. As today is all about love and romance, I'm trying to focus or love for each other and all the crazy romantic and stupid things we did.
I've been down to the grave and put some flowers there and I know her daughters are going to do the same this afternoon.
I realised that the first flowers I've ever bought for her. No I'm not tight (well maybe) but I've a bad allergy to pollen.
I was dreading today but it's not as bad as I thought.

P.S I bet June loved that pollen allergy excuse!! At least that is feasible, Mr Ann doesn't even have a decent excuse!!!!!
