there are some great programmes that never seem to get a mention these days so here is a few to start with,
anyone remember Roots, ive just got the 30th anniversary edition and the next generation for £13 each, it had 130 million viewers during it's premiere and won loads of awards,
Monkey, this was another great programme, sadly never had an ending so you were left wondering did they finish their journey,
Married with children, another great show that lasted 11 seasons, strangely it was axed at a time when it was one of Americas most viewed shows.

Roots was brilliant! I don't know why they don't repeat it, that's one repeat I wouldn't mind!!!!

Monkey was a great programme, it was Japanese and played by Japanese actors but shot on location in China, Monkey was freed by a monk and went on a pilgrimage with him to India to get some get some holy scriptures, also with the help of Fish and Piglet,
another couple of great programmes that hardly get a mention nowadays are, Love Thy Neighbour and Bless This House.

Whilst looking through a few old you tube clips it got me thinking about old series that used to be on when I was younger. There were two Im embarrassed to say I was totally hooked on.I used to get my mates to tape them-audio only at that time-if I was on holiday and played them over and over again. So here goes... And Reckon you'll all be having a good laugh about now
